When Anthony Caturano was just 25 years old, he opened his very own Italian restaurant in the North End. Named after the town where his Grandmother was born, Prezza offers peasant-style cuisine in a refined setting. Despite being surrounded by countless other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, Prezza stands apart, which is why it has become an area “stalwart” (The Boston Globe) and a local favorite. Pull up to the bar or relax into a chair in the dining room to enjoy hearty cooking, like braised short ribs, gnocchi a la bolognese and ravioli di ouovo, stuffed with ricotta and a soft egg yolk.
