Beginning with the flour, PINSA ROMANA EXPERT contains premium quality of soy flour, rice flour, wheat flour, dry natural aroma. One of the secrets to this mix is the dried sourdough. The dried sourdough is an old recipe from di Marco’s family that they have been using in their bakery business for over 100 years that’s been passed down from generation to generation.
