Cebu is a New American Bistro that focuses on seasonal ingredients, and classic bistro fare. Dishes like our roasted chicken, steak skewers, fried calamari, vegetarian options, homemade pasta and the always popular Cebu burger have made us a neighborhood staple. Having opened in 2001, we quickly became a local favorite as well as a dining destination for many people. Cebu is open for brunch every day and serves late into the evening nightly.
