Awash Ethiopian Restaurant opened its Amsterdam location in the fall of 1994 and has since been dedicated to providing its patrons with the finest Ethiopian cuisine.
Awash is named after a major river in Ethiopia that functions as one of the Blue Nile’s tributaries.
Our east village location opened in September 2004 and provides traditional seating to give a true Ethiopian dining experience. Our Brooklyn location opened in May 2012.
