Saison is a modern American restaurant located in San Francisco, California. Our cuisine is focused around wood fire cooking of seasonal ingredients. We work directly with fisherman, hunters, gatherers, ranchers, and farmers to source the best products in local existence. The kitchen and dining room share the same open space, creating a dynamic and intimate exchange between our team and guests.
Reservations are released one month prior, on the 8th.
Corkage fee is $100 per 750ml bottle, up to two bottles.
